shudder on take off

when on launch from stop the drivetrain shudders for a bit ,I was told by the
dealer service manager that this was normal for the 8' bed, not acceptable in
my opinion for a brand new truck with 50mi. anyone heard of this

I have a similar issue, power washing shuddering, on the way to the shop with it today. 25,400 miles. Not used as a tow vehicle, just a daily driver. Can't tell if it is the rear end or trans.
