RIO A/C Blowing issue only on LOW

Hello everyone. Yesterday my a/c was blowing just fine during the afternoon. Later that
evening I went to run an errand and the a/c would only blow on setting 1 (low). It does
still blow cold. The second I move the fan setting to 2/3/4 it will not blow any air out of
the vent, even if I click the A/C button to off.

I did some reading, and it seems it could be a/c resistor? However, people keep
mentioning this part if it only blows on 4, which mine does not.

Do you have any suggestions or tips? I live in Arizona with 2 children and need to get
this fixed ASAP and can't really pay a fortune.

I see. I am not very well versed in cars but have done some repairs. Is this something I can replace myself? I would test it but I honestly don't even have equipment for it.

It should not be to expensive,but it is more than liklely a dealer part,you can get a used one at the junkyard,and it is not to hard to do,pull cover from panel a few screws you are there. : )
