Why wont my kia optima start?

Thanks, It wasn't running before. I double checked the timing belt it's right and it just makes a spinning, whining noise when I turn it over. It tried to start a little after I replaced injectors or sounded like it wanted to. But still nothing. It has compression and I've just about given up. I'm clueless on what else to do. Thanks for your help
have the crankshaft positions sensor check

Hi: You should test if your car crank position sensor is good and the crank sensor plate.
