Need help with 2015 Yukon Denali door not locking?

My 2015 Yukon Denali back passenger door wont unlock w/ the fob, passive
unlock or with the power door locks.  This is the only door giving me
problems like this & it just started.  At the same time, i also got a service alert
on my dash pertaining to the Theft Deterrent System & the Security Light
also came on.  All lights are off now but i don't know for how long but the
passenger rear door still won't unlock.  Any suggestions to try before taking it
in to the GM Dealership & paying out the nose?
