Stablelink/traction control with misfire

2013 Stablelink/Traction control light dings
on with engine light flashing misfire. I have a
diagnostic done. Showing a mis fire in #2 .
Bought a plug and coil put it on . Didnt fix it.
Still happening. Another code came up ECM
is not speaking to the BCM. What can do to
fix thing every place I go charges for a
diagnostic 130.00 . Never finding out the
reason. Can some one help ? Brighten me
day on this
