On a 1985 Chrysler fifth avenue. Is a electronic control unit the same as a electronic fuel control?

I'm trying to locate a electronic fuel control for a 2 barrel
carburetor on a 1985 fifth avenue. All I'm coming up with
is an electronic control unit. Is that the same thing or
what? The

You probably just swap out the stock carb for an after market one that does not need electronics. You might not pass smog in your state if you have inspections but the car will run a lot better.

The are two small plugs (They look like tiny freeze plugs at the base of the carburetor) Remove those Plugs and you can now adjust the fuel mixtures with a very small screw driver. That will really smooth out the idle by adjusting the fuel mixture. 1985 is a good year model.
