If you use regular unleaded all the time from time to time fill up with the middle grade gas will be like adding fuel injector cleaner to gas tank or just add some fuel injector cleaner to gas tank.

Also clean the throttle body with throttle body cleaner and use toothbrush to clean.

I put in fuel injector cleaner on a regular basis, but will also try your other suggestions which sound about right &will let you know of my out come. My last plugs and wires were in March of 2016 at about 100,000 miles. I am now at 114,000. I was wondering about something called, Seafoam? Thank you all for your help. Really.
