how can i fix this problem recently i had a complete tune up done on my prelude. i just had a new alternator put on it and the other day while i was driving it the speedometer decided to stop part way down the road the speedometer started working again but then stopped again the check engine light came on and the S3 light started to blink. please help

you may want to check the electrical, hopefully it's just a loose or crossed wire. Does the car run rough? Maybe have a mechanic check the code to see whats up.

the car runs fine i did just have an alternator put on about 4 days before this problem started
