how do you take out a 2001 ford taurus fuse box and replace it with new one?

i got into a accident and my car won't start and the tow truck driver said that i need a new
fuse box.

Have it diagnosed my a mechanic before tearing apart your electrical system. Nothing against tow drivers, but....still...
