Why is my car blowing hot air and I can't turn it off?

Hi Guys. My 2016 Ford Taurus is blowing hot air at high velocity and I can't turn
it off. Also the center control panel is completely black and there are two
warnings on the dash (airbag and tire pressure sensor error). Also my window
washer fluid pump doesn't work. Any insight would be appreciated, it's hot as
the blazes.

If you pull either one of those fuses, at the top, in diagram, it should kill the blower motor. Of course that isn't the proper fix, but, it should kill the blower motor. click on the diagram to enlarge. Any applicable trouble codes for hvac system? Some of those codes may be manufacturer specific codes.

see f28--30 amp fuse, check that fuse, in diagram. Also, use a test light and check voltage for fuse. good luck
