bugs down during acceleration

My honda bugs down when I try to floor the accelator, I replaced the TPS,VSS,MAP,fuel filter,spark plugs,wires,dist. cap and rotors. I forgot to mention it,s a 5 speed manual transmission,VTEC engine. Check engine light is not on. I put it on the OBDII, getting a Code 7 (TPS). Replaced, still getting code and same driving problem. What am I doing wrong. How by the way Fuel filter also replaced.

make sure the little feet in the tps are sitting in the right spots on the t-body. if they are not, it wont work. And you will get a bad tps code. if that doesnt work you might have a short in a wire. going to the tps.
try to replace the dizzy...i just had this problem...replace the dizzy itself
what exactly is a dizzy? and were is the dizzy located?
he is referring to the distributor, which you said you replaced
also did you replace the air filter? otherwise i would suggest finding a vacuum line leak. also check your PCV valve
