Keys stuck in ignition

2 Answers

My keys stock in ignition but if I take the cable from the battery it release and it’s the original and master key .

Most common problem may be steering wheel lock binding. When car is parked, but still running, you may have some pressure on the steering wheel. When ign is turned off the power steering pump tops thus causing steering wheel to stay in that position. The friction will keep the wheel from 'relaxing' so that key can be turned completely off, and removing key. To get key out (if this is problem) simply pull wheel in direction wheels may be pointing WHILE turning key and hopefully that will do it.
