2016 ford focus we automatic transmission 4 speed

The car starts up it shifts but when you put it into
gear or reverse it doesn't accelerate it just rives up
the engine. What's the problem?

U need a new TCM, Transmission Control Module, the computer that runs the transmission. Likely under warranty still because Ford knew it was a bad design. Call your local dealer with your Vin number and mileage and ask if your TCM is still under extended warranty for software crash concern.
