Has anyone had any issues with their 2016 BMW
328i not braking or accelerating without warning
after fully stopped?

I brought it right in to BMW service the next morning. BMW headquarters in NJ got involved and sent in a field representative to access it. Their engineers reviewed the data the field representative provided and customer service from BMW NJ got back to me a few days ago to tell me they found nothing wrong with the car and I could pick it up. I have not picked and I do not want to drive it again as I do not feel confident this will not happen again. I Issued a complaint to the NHSTA. There seems to be several similar complaints to the NHSTA where everyone has the same experience where BMW cannot find a problem, the driver experiences the problem again and still no responsibility on the part of BMW.
