Expedition heat troubles

I have a 2001 ford expedition with "no heat"
troubles.  I have replaced thermostat, flushed, back
flushed, replaced cap. Both lines to and from
heater core are hot. Checked front and rear blend
doors. Both are working fine. I have heat on low
but fan on high blows cold after a few seconds.  
Temp is perfect so not sure it's the water pump or
not. Any ideas cause I'm running out.

Try burping the system to purge all the air out. Park it facing uphill and idle the car with the heater on with the radiator cap off until it is fully warm. Take the cap off when it is cool, not hot. Top the radiator off when you are done.
