The recommended oil is OW-20. 10W-30 will cause extra wear and will mess up the variable valve timing mechanism and most likely cause a check engine light. Don't do it. It won't hurt your car. You might get less efficient fuel economy, but you wont hurt your engine. To be honest, you'll probably find you have longer engine life with the thicker oil, depending on your geographic location.
5W30 is a better choice. Zero weight oil is a joke and causes excessive oil consumption. 5W oil is a good choice as long as you live south of the arctic circle.
