My truck doesn't do forward when in drive

My rims got stolen and window brocken, friends let
me borrow some rims and now it doesn't go
forward or reverse????????????

This doesn't make sense. Does it sound like the truck is trying to move? Does it feel like the truck is stuck and its trying to go forward? Or is it just revving like its in park/neutral?
