I guess the rims would fit anything. The entire wheels are interchangeable for all GM 4x4 pickups with 6 lugs for many years, including yours. Same bolt circle 6x5.5". That's assuming your pickups are 1500s. However, the offset of the wheels (where the hub is in relation to the outside edges of the wheel) appears to be different, so I would check with a dealer about fitment.
