For maintenance & repairs, Acura is about average for higher-end cars, but as with any car, the more junk you put on the car, the more problems you get. I'd say that the Technology package makes the car need more repairs than average for an Acura. Things start going bad around a hundred-thousand miles, so be prepared for higher repair bills. Prior to buying the car, have it checked out by a mechanic. He'll find all or most of the defects and that might be the best hundred bucks you ever spent.

8 year old car at 15K per year, so 120K is average. Acura is a Honda so they usually will go 200K without anything major if they have been maintained.

This is a tough question because driving habits like racing or driving only 35 has very different wear and tear on a car. Look for a Honda forum that has a consumer report section and also look for recalls. Like GA wrote 200k is easy on these cars, my Nissan had 300k+ and no real problems. I've seen Honda's with 400k and barely burning oil.
