Always buy with your head, not your heart. If this is going to be a project car or just a car to have for fun, low ball them. It's been on their lot for a while. Probably for a reason. Maybe it's overpriced or has something wrong with it that may show up on the test drive. Check out the vehicle history report. Maybe it has a jaded past filled with an accident or two, branded title, or God knows what all else.
