Changing break pads on 2015 2.5 limited outback.

Is there any issues I should be aware
of? Car has 96K and breaks work fine
(no noice or shutter or pulling) but
seems like they should be replaced.
Also I see comments regarding
flushing the brake fluid. Is this
needed?

Pad installation is an easy job. Clean and lube all the moving parts and have the rotors turned if needed. You can flush out the fluid if you want but I probably would not on a 4 year old car unless you live where it is really humid all the time.

Thanks for the feedback! Since I’m not experiencing any shimmy or pulsing when braking I’m assuming the rotors are ok. Any other factors to consider regarding getting them turned?

dlmsubie..... I would not assume anything....96,000 miles in three years.... very likely that the rotors need replacement..... but... again, I'd check this out. What makes you think that you can just turn the rotors?
