My Nissan Altima give a noticeable jerky motion while running at speed between 20 to 40 kmph.

When ever the car slows down from higher speed while in traffic, the car give a noticeable
jerky / vibration at speed between 20 Kmph and 40 Kmph.  Similar jerky / vibration is
observed while gaining speed.  All this.not observed when car starts from zero speed

Add some fuel injector cleaner to gas tank and use the middle grade or high test gas to help clean out the gum and carbon build up also replace fuel filter if have not done so in a while.
