Out of the vehicle: 1. Connect battery cables from well charged battery. 2. Connect negative cable to starter body. 3. Connect positive to starter solenoid 3/8" or 8mm stud. 4. Hold on the starter fingers away from moving parts. 5. With screwdriver, jump where positive cable is connected to and to small screw next to it

On the vehicle: 1. Make sure battery cables are corrosion free and tightened. 2. Make sure vehicle is in a safe position that is not going to move or start, unless u want it to. 3.With screwdriver, jump where positive cable is connected to and to small screw next to it.
