Why is my brake light on dash on along with abs light and service brakes

Just replaced rear brake pads now I have service brake
light on and it won't go off

did you remember to plug the ABS wheel speed sensor back in, or maybe the wires were compromised? Scan for the ABS trouble codes to see if that rear is the issue.
