I have a soaked rear side passenger footboard. Seems like
there are a lot of us.....sounds like a class action lawsuit!!!

There were a few in the past. http://www.nissanproblems.com/rusted-floorboards/ I would suggest you start the next one. Talk to your lawyer to see how to proceed.
