Replaced idle air sensor and air flow mass sensor car still wheeze when started

The MAF Sensor won't make a noise and there's no such thing as an Idle Air Sensor. If you're hearing a wheeze type noise on start-up and only on start-up the Bendix drive in the starter is dry or failing. We see a lot of noisy starters on our fleet.
