Question type: General

I have a very nice low miles 79 460 that I want to put in my 88 f250.Does the oil filter adaptor from the 88 go on the 79 block. I'm not planning keeping any of the computer controls as it has been very unreliable .if the oil filter adaptor doesn't come off I need a good remote oil filter set up

its one of those projects that basicly fall to preference if you want the oil filter adapter add it to the 79 block and roll with it, heads up you can dissasemble the two and put the parts from the 88 on the 79 block and keep your fuel injection however its time consuming, still the best of luck to you.
