First you have to drop the fuel tank and you will be able to see that it is located on top, you might need to remove the filler tube. Make sure you use a brass mallet when remove the top section you dont want to create any sparks. Remember a empty tank is still very dangerous because of the fumes but you should be okay just becareful. I have replaced lots of fuel pumps with out any accidents. Make sure the car is lifted high enough so when you disconnect the wire connects an drop the tank so that you can pull it out which makes it easier to work on.
