that go on the side of carburetor in the picture

No pic, but you are probably referring to the mounting bolts. Just Google "1987 GM Rochester carburetor mounting bolts". Chances are you can find suitable replacements at any hardware store as long as you know the thread diameter, thread count per inch, thread & shoulder length. If it's some other bolt you are asking about then you gotta post your pic.
