when driving feels like something is tugging on car? just had rooters, calipers, & pads replaced pass side locked up  car was jacked up behind license plate with no jack stands for 2 days.  did my mechanic do wrong?

No, shouldn't have caused anything. If this is in the front right side, the break caliper is not releasing. A cause for this would be the break hose that connects to the caliper. They can break down internally and cause a blockage. Pump up the breaks with the wheel off and if it locks up, open the bleeder on the caliper to see if it releases to verify.
