Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently had the glo plugs replaced in my 5 cylinder diesel and still is hard to
start and large cloud of smoke occurs when finally starts.

Aloha Tennisshoes. It doesn't take long for it to run like a new one. There might be a little hesitation until it gets fully started, but after the smoke clears, she runs great. The glo plugs were just replaced. Is there a relay or something that might be hampering their operation fully?
