why is my truck shutting off?

when driving at higher speeds my truck will shut off when slowing down and
coming to a stop and then have trouble starting.i don't have a check engine
light or anything, the truck idles fine and starts fine. Only acts up after driving at
higher speeds.

Restricted exhaust, distributor Hall effect noise, fuel pump pressure.
