Why does my 2013 f150 Ecoboost run good but die all a sudden ?

It's also has low oil pressure light come on
And ac running happens more.also a jolt from a buck in engine comes and
goes away as fast as it came.its runs fine and dies all a sudden.then shift to
park and restart then runs fine again?

Unfortunately, sounds like an electronic problem. Unless the technician has experience with the same problem in the past, the problem will have to be present when you bring it in. If the problem cannot be replicated, they will give it back to you the same time he came in.
