Why won’t my bronco start

88 bronco 351 Windsor efi no start.
New battery, Napa Dist, plugs, wires,
fuel regulator, filter, soldered ground
wire ends at battery, changed ground
from fire wall to frame, cleans ground
connection at exhaust manifold, new
tps, map and temp sens, tested
ignition at coil positive side good,
bright test light. 90 plus at coil voltage,
cranks good like it wants to start and
doesnt

did you visually check for spark at the plugs, engine cranking? Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure? Did you check for fuel injector pulse?
