what powers the fuel pump in the tank i havetwo fuel pumps

hello i have a 1986 ford bronco 5.0 efi it has two fuel pumps one in the frame and one in the take i want to know how they work what turns on the one in the tank . i dont have power to the tank one ? and i only could find one relay does the one in the take have a relay ? if so where is it ? the one in the frame works please help !! thanks

I have the same Bronco and you do have power to that pump, when you turn on key you will hear the pump start to run
