My 95 Dodge Caravan keeps loosing power like its going to stall. It will loose power than pick back up, what could be wrong.

I replaced the outer fuel pump about a month ago and it keeps loosing power.
I noticed the problem a couple months ago then it stopped. It has got real bad
over the last week it will loose power at a stop and then regain it again after I
let the van sit for a minute or two

Could also need new plugs and wires. Simple tune up..

I mean I replaced the fuel filter. Im sorry, I know nothing about cars. I just know it keeps sputtering and not accelerating then it goes again. Thanks for the help

Get it funed up New plugs. etc...Have a good evening. Keep us advised. .
