advertise it on Ebay, auction with a reserve, but thoroughly,describe issues, and many good pictures of issues and car. will bring most money as many buyers are in market for that car. will get the broadest market . check it out. harry

The key words are "needs work". That could mean your car is worth $500 or a couple of thousand.
