Toyota Corolla 2013 cranks but won't start. Ecu apparently not getting power

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So my car died the other day while at work. It has
had problems starting on the days prior. I was able
to get a jump and get home. When I got
home(about a 30min trip) I cut my engine off and
tried turning it back on. All I got was clicking.
Assuming it was the battery I got it replaced and
now all I get is a crank but no start. A jump won't
help either. When I turn the key to the on position
the CEL does not come on. I'm thinking it's a
damaged fuse or wiring. Also when I turn the key in
the on position I can hear a fan running but I never
recall this fan running before when the key was only
in the on position. Any suggestions or insight from
someone who knows a little more about car would
be appreciated.

Before you go off the deep end and just start guessin' and replacing expensive parts, I would suggest taking it to a good mechanic- this is why repair shops were invented-

Did you ever find the cause of the issue, having the same problem in my 2013 corolla
