This could be a number of issue,s,clogged fuel filter,plugs,timing off,clogged converter,just to name a few,but the best way to know the issue is have it scanned to get code narrow it down.

More than likely you converter is clogged that is what was wrong with my brothers 2001 Dodge Ram 2500
