2013 Jeep Patriot - AM/FM = no sound at all. AUX = No voice tracks. Music only. CD and SAT work fine. What is going on here?

We just bought this rig this weekend. The radio (am/fm) don't work. We've tried
hooking up the iPod to the AUX, and that only plays the music - no vocals.
The SAT and CD seem to work fine. Anyone have any idea what can be done
to fix this?

Please forgive the poor grammar. I just woke up. :-) That should read: The radio (am/fm) DOESN'T work...
