apparently your idle air control is sending a signal sayin "help me"...."help me" so...I recommend you inspect yours and possibly de-varnish the fuel passages....or simply replace it~_______ https://www.google.com/#q=1999+Dodge+Durango+idle+air+control+valve&t bm=shop

Replace idle air control motor. Here is a site that tells you what the codes mean: http://www.wjjeeps.com/faultcodes.htm
