Power steering pump not leaking and the
hoses and belt are good pulley spinning no
slips. But no power steering! What do yall
think

Bad rack and pinon but there is something you can try with no promises it will work but add some Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak it not only stops leaks but reduces slack,squeals, and hard spots and totally corrects rack and pinion problems. Worked for me when I had power steering problems.
