I have a 1985 300ZX and for some reason the car
will go into gear normally the clutch has good
pressure on it but the problem  is when I put the
clutch in put it in gear release the clutch every
single gear of the 5-speed transmission does not
grab you can hear I'm engaging but the car doesn't
move it's not hard to shift the gears either also it
will shift without the clutch engaged

Surface rust or rodent debris on/around transmission shaft is not allowing clutch to release fully
