I cleaned the throttle body of my 2013 chevrolet Malibu,and then when i started the engine, it jerks at idle. is that jerks related with the throttle body or somthing else?

i was trying to find the reason of too much fuel consumption, so that i tried first thing to clean the throttle body. but it jerks at idle.

well, it was not there. but i opened the air circuit of the engine, and then the check engine light come on.
