How do I rate Ultimo Motorsports?

I bought a $42000 Mercedes 2013 SL 550 from Ultimomotorsports. I only
received 1 keyfob at delivery. I asked where is the second keyfob and got
and answer it hasn't come in yet.
I have called several times and salesman (Al) does not pick up cell phone. I
will give them another 2 weeks and if I don't have another keyfob, i would
like to write a review.
How is that done/

writing a review isn't going to help you get a key, I'd go down to the dealership in person and talk to the manager.
Ask them to see the actual order. I doubt they have any intention to get you one. I hope you have it in writing.
If you contacted the Dealer through cargurus you will receive an email in about two weeks asking for your review. More often than not a used vehicle comes with only one key and maybe a fob. Unless you have it in writing that you are getting a second key fob you are not entitled to it. When I bought my Grand Marquis I got one key and one fob. It was up to me to buy the second key and fob. That car was only four years old and had one pervious owner. Your vehicle is twice as old so the second fob was probably lost some time ago. My 2000 Grand Prix was 13 years old when I bought it and I got one key, that was it. No fobs. Again I had to buy the two fobs, a second key, and program them myself. I'd see if you can get a second new fob with programming instructions on Ebay and move on. Hope that helps! Jim
