Any experience buying a used car from Hertz or Enterprise?

People that rent cars are by far the majority responsible people. They have credit cards and business to conduct, nobody rents a car for a joy-ride. My point being is they are unlikely to abuse the car. It gets returned in the same condition it left. But please do as Tom suggests, and get at least a limited warranty.
Thanks for your thoughts. I've never heard of people having any worse experiences buying a used rental car vs. any other rental car.
Hertz car- life maintenance is superior to Enterprise. At Enterprise last week - metro Boston, sales staff overlooked me in favor of taking care of others buying more a expensive vehicle. Same thing happened 4 to 5 yrs back. They bypassed my questions & insisted it was inspected except that there is no real warranty. Enterprise states "inspection", but do not warrant/ guar·an·tee in any respect. Meaningless- Give power- train identical to manufacturer. Cars all seemed to have 45,000 miles plus. Except a few-- Does that give you the new car feel ????
