Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have a Ford F-250 super duty with the 6.2 .
No engine light , no codes . I’m on the
highway a lot with it and over the last three
months it has slowly gotten weaker , at first
just pulling an empty trailer to now just the
truck .

I did change the spark plugs , the bottom were in pretty bad shape top were in great shape, still same thing . Did notice a small amount of oil at the throttle body
Pic of plug pulled from drivers side . Both side on the bottom look this way
Partially plugged up catalytic converter?
I noticed oil in the throttle body and carbon build up . A faint sputtering that sounds like an exhaust leak . I’m having it taken to a shop this week. I did pull the new plugs and they covered in oil
Ok. Update the cats were stopped up and also either cracked manifold or gasket. But powers back . Hope it helps someone else
Ok... update cats removed, they were clogged , drives side manifold very front was leaking , power come back for a short time then back to normal. So new coils and wires , runs smoother , still same deal. Still no engine light . Next is fuel pump control module.
Hello Guru7Z96C - any updates on your situation with the truck? I have '12 250 with the 6.2. Noticed for the first time a plume of blue smoke and engine was real sluggish, seemed to clear out but it has happened a few more times.
