i was curious if i am ready to buy a vehicle, and if its in a diffrent state..do you

YOU would have to make travel arrangements or shipping arrangements, and it will add to your costs (not the dealers). But take a moment and read comments by people who bought out of state and dealt with "bait and switch" pricing or high fees. A cheaper advertised price for an out of state car may result in several hundred (or more) in additional expenses just to get it home. So try to shop locally if you can, and be sure to look at the car and test drive it versus buying sight unseen from a distant dealer.

Cargurus does not but you can ask the seller if it's a dealership for a referral. A private seller won't have that information.
