Highlander under 2nd row seat button

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Button under front of 2nd row passenger seats.
I thought it would release the fabric cover under the seat
(wish I knew what that was called)
When I push it or try to slide it nothing happens.
I cant find anything on Google.
What is it?
What does it do?
How do you push/slide it correctly?
