Runs hot we've changed radiator. therm.
Water pump. Radiator cap. Released air.
Nothing worked

Its sounding like a blown head gasket. Was there a lot of white smoke coming out the exhaust with a sweet smell to it?. You could have the radiator fluid tested for carbons that indicate a bad head gasket, or do a compression test, there would be some low cylinders.
